We built Xpptx because turning useful content into a clear, well-designed presentation still takes too much manual work. Documents, PDFs, images, and existing decks often contain everything needed, but organizing the information and formatting each slide can take hours. Xpptx uses AI to transform that content into structured, editable slides and can also improve the wording, visuals, and layouts of existing presentations. Our goal is to help professionals, educators, students, and teams spend less time formatting and more time communicating their ideas. We are excited to launch Xpptx on Fazier and would love to hear your feedback, especially about the file-to-slides workflow and the quality of the generated presentations.
Taking an existing deck as input is the interesting case here — most tools in this space only go from a prompt or an outline, so they are useless when you already have a 40-slide deck that just needs restructuring. Does it preserve the original theme and master slides when it reorganises, or does everything get re-laid out into your templates? That distinction decides whether it fits into a company that has brand-locked decks.
The presentation creation friction is brutal. Most teams have all their content scattered across documents, PDFs, and images but spend weeks manually rebuilding it into polished decks - which kills momentum and diverts technical people from building actual products. Being able to just upload raw materials and get back a structured, editable presentation removes that entire time sink. The fact that you can edit and refine the output means it's not just a first-draft dump - teams actually use this. For content-heavy teams especially (product, marketing, finance), this compounds the time savings across dozens of decks per quarter.
Xpptx has great potential and offers some useful features, but I encountered a few issues that could be improved. Please contact me so I can share detailed feedback and suggest the changes I'd like to see. Email: [email protected]
