Hey Fazier community! 👋 We built Vyntro to solve a painful bottleneck we experienced running digital service agencies: the friction between sales proposals and actual project delivery. As operators, we were wasting hours converting messy client emails and brief documents into structured Scopes of Work (SOWs) and project management tickets. Even worse, once work started, time-tracking felt completely detached from deliverables, making scope creep inevitable and client updates chaotic. Vyntro is our solution—a Connected Work OS that takes raw client onboarding briefs and generates interactive Gantt roadmaps, task trees, and white-labeled client portals in 10 seconds. We also introduced 'Work Sessions' to bind active timers and notes directly to tasks, providing clients with verified proof-of-work. We’re excited to launch on Fazier and would love your honest feedback! How does your team handle project scoping and client alignment today?
The real wedge seems to be preserving traceability from messy brief → WBS → client approval → work-session evidence, not generic cloud transformation. I would make that lineage visible as a change log: when a brief requirement becomes a task, moves dates, or is marked out of scope, show who or what caused the change. That would strengthen both scope-creep prevention and client trust, especially before invoice generation.
Turning messy client briefs into a structured WBS and project timeline could save agencies a lot of manual work. I also like the idea of linking time tracking directly to deliverables, since that could make scope creep easier to manage. Can users edit the AI-generated estimates and dependencies before sharing the client portal?
The document parsing angle is solid - most agencies spend way too much time manually converting client briefs into project plans. Having that happen automatically means less iteration cycles and faster kickoffs. The work session tracker part especially solves the "ghost work" problem that blows up timelines.
Vyntro has great potential! A few improvements could make it even better. I'd love to share my feedback and suggestions. Email: [email protected]
Project scoping friction is real for service teams. Most founders and agency owners waste days converting scattered client briefs and PDFs into structured SOWs. Vyntro flips that by extracting requirements automatically and generating clean deliverable maps in minutes. The WBS and Gantt generation alone saves hours per project. For teams running tight margins, this transforms project handoff accuracy and speeds up sales cycles significantly.
