Do you have an English site, or is it French only?

Localizing cost data per French département is the right call — renovation estimates that ignore regional labor rates are basically useless for pre-purchase budgeting. Two things that would push this further: an exportable line-item PDF that buyers can attach to negotiation emails with the seller/agent, and a confidence indicator per line showing how much the photo quality affected the estimate. Does the contractor-vs-DIY range account for material price differences between rural and Île-de-France suppliers?
