ReciteMail is a desktop email assistant for Windows that writes your replies in your own voice. Instead of connecting to your mailbox, it is import-only: you bring in the messages you choose (.eml, .mbox, .msg or .pst) and they live in an AES-256 encrypted database on your own machine, with an optional app lock on top.
To draft a reply you paste the email you are answering, dictate a short brief with your microphone, or snip it from any window on screen. ReciteMail studies the tone of the mail you have already sent, so the draft reads like you wrote it rather than a template. You review it, then copy it into Outlook, Gmail or any other client with your formatting and signature intact. Nothing sends automatically.
Other features include local full-text search across everything you import, reusable templates that adapt to each situation instead of pasting verbatim, translation and drafting across more than 60 languages, tone controls, a per-audience banned-words list, plus a floating quick-capture bar summoned with Ctrl+Alt+G from anywhere in Windows.

The multi-language feature is what jumps out most - being able to read an email in one language and reply in another in one step removes a friction that builds up quietly but costs real time. For anyone handling sensitive client correspondence, that tradeoff is uncomfortable even if the privacy policy is clean.
