LockedWeb is a porn blocker built around one simple idea: the decision you make when you're clear-headed should still count in a weak moment.
Unlike traditional blockers that can be disabled instantly, LockedWeb has no instant off switch. Removing or loosening protection requires a 72-hour cooldown, and protection stays active while you wait.
LockedWeb works across your devices to block explicit content, enforce safer browsing, and create a boundary that's intentionally difficult to undo when temptation hits.
It's built for individuals, couples, and families who want more than another filter—they want protection they can't simply switch off in the moment.

I built LockedWeb because I kept coming back to one frustrating problem with traditional porn blockers: **if you can turn the blocker off the moment you’re tempted, how much protection is it really providing?** Most people install a blocker when they’re thinking clearly and genuinely want the boundary. The problem comes later, in a weak moment, when that decision is incredibly easy to undo. That became the idea behind LockedWeb: **the decision you made earlier should still count later.** LockedWeb has no instant off switch. If you request to remove or loosen protection, there’s a 72-hour cooldown, and protection stays active while you wait. We’ve spent a lot of time thinking through how to make that work across different devices without making the everyday internet frustrating to use. This is still early, and I’d love feedback - especially around the concept, onboarding, and anything that would make you more (or less) likely to trust a product like this on your devices. Thanks for checking it out!
