Donivo

Schedule to major social networks, vote on what ships next

Visit

Donivo is a simple, fairly priced social media scheduling tool for creators, founders, small businesses, and teams.

Create your content once, choose your channels, and schedule posts across Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, and Bluesky from one dashboard.

Unlike many social media schedulers built behind closed doors and priced for larger teams, Donivo is designed to stay accessible and shaped by its users. You can suggest new features, vote on ideas from other users, and help decide what gets built next.

Start free — no credit card required.

For this launch, there are 25 founding-user slots per paid plan. Join early and your launch price stays locked while your plan remains active.

Features

  • 8 supported platforms — Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, and Bluesky.
  • Unified post composer — create a post once and choose where it should be published.
  • Platform-specific overrides — customize the message for each social network when needed.
  • Post scheduling — choose a date, time, and timezone for your content.
  • Auto-publishing — Donivo publishes scheduled posts automatically.
  • Failed post retries — automatically retries failed publishing attempts.
  • Email alerts — receive an email when a post needs your attention.
  • Workspaces — organize social accounts by brand, client, project, or team.
  • Team invites — invite teammates to collaborate inside a workspace.
  • Roadmap — suggest new ideas directly from your dashboard and vote on ideas from other users and help shape what gets built next.

Use Cases

  • Launch everywhere at once — announce your product, feature, offer, or campaign across all major social platforms without manually reposting the same content.
  • Stay visible without living on social media — plan posts ahead and keep your audience engaged while you focus on building, selling, or serving customers.
  • Turn one idea into multi-platform content — create one post, adapt it per channel, and schedule it across Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, and Bluesky.
  • Run social media with a small team — organize accounts into workspaces, invite teammates, and collaborate without sharing passwords or jumping between tools.
  • Avoid silent publishing failures — let Donivo auto-publish, retry failed posts, and email you when something needs attention.
  • Build a consistent content habit — schedule posts in batches so your brand keeps showing up, even during busy weeks.
  • Manage multiple brands or projects — keep social accounts organized by workspace for different clients, startups, side projects, or business pages.
  • Help shape the tool you use — suggest features, vote on ideas from other users, and influence what gets built next.

donivo is great product

easy to use! great one!

Hey everyone 👋 I’m Donatas, the maker of Donivo. I’ve been working on Donivo because I wanted social media scheduling to feel simpler, more affordable, and less built behind closed doors. Thanks for checking it out — I’d really appreciate any honest thoughts or first impressions 🙌

The idea for suggesting new features, vote on ideas from other users, and help decide what gets built next is cool

Will need to have a look at this for our new product launch. It also creates images/videos?

The pricing and founding-user angle feels very creator-friendly. A lot of scheduling tools become expensive once someone adds more channels or a small team, so positioning Donivo as accessible from the start is a strong differentiator. I also like that it supports newer platforms like Threads and Bluesky alongside the usual Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and YouTube.

I like the balance between affordability and functionality here. Supporting major social platforms from a single dashboard is valuable, but what really caught my attention is the public feature voting. Giving users a voice in the roadmap is a great way to build a product that evolves with real needs. Are there plans to add analytics or post-performance insights alongside scheduling?

This looks really useful for small founders and creators who need to stay visible across platforms without spending half the day jumping between dashboards. I especially like the combination of a unified composer, platform-specific overrides, and automatic retries — that solves a very real pain point when posting across multiple channels. The roadmap voting is a nice touch too. It makes Donivo feel more community-driven rather than just another closed scheduling tool. Curious to see how analytics and content performance insights evolve over time. Congrats on the launch!

I'm impressed by Donivo’s “built with the community” approach. The unified scheduling across platforms, automatic retries, and platform‑optimized content make it genuinely useful for anyone managing multiple brands or projects.

Love the workspace organization for managing multiple brands or client accounts in one place. This is exactly what small teams need - consolidated content strategy without jumping between tabs or tools. The roadmap voting is smart design too.

Love the philosophy here - social media scheduling shouldn't require enterprise pricing. The multi-channel scheduling from one dashboard (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) removes so much friction for content creators. The "vote on what ships next" approach is smart too - keeps you building features users actually want.

Love this — the competitor surfacing feature is such a smart hook, curious to see who's actually winning AI recommendations in my space. Running mine now

Really impressed by Donivo’s “built with the community” approach. The unified scheduling across platforms, automatic retries, and platform‑optimized content make it genuinely useful for anyone managing multiple brands or projects. The transparent roadmap and voting system are a refreshing touch — it feels like a product that actually listens to its users. Clean, focused, and not overloaded with unnecessary features. Excited to see more analytics and growth‑focused capabilities added in the future.

Letting users vote on what ships next is a great way to build community around a scheduling tool. Most social media schedulers just push features, so the voting angle sets this apart and keeps users engaged beyond just posting.

The failed-post retry + email alert combo is the detail I'd actually judge a scheduler on — most tools silently drop a post when a platform API rejects it (token expired, rate limit, format change) and you only find out days later. Is the retry a fixed backoff, or does it try to detect why the platform rejected it (e.g. re-encode the image, trim the caption) before giving up and emailing you?
