Hi, I'm Richard, the founder of Booksmate. I built it because I got fed up with bookkeeping software making document collection a manual job. The problem isn't OCR anymore. It's getting the invoices in the first place. So, I did the work nobody else wants to; building integrations with hundreds of supplier portals, Gmail, Outlook and accounting software, then added AI to extract the data and create draft bills automatically.
