Xenqu

Hey Fazier community - Ben here, founder of Essium Labs. Xenqu isn't a brand-new idea. We've been running it as the document-collection backbone for 60+ enterprise teams for about a decade - onboarding employees, qualifying drivers, vetting vendors, all the paperwork that keeps a regulated business running. What finally pushed us to rebuild it from scratch: watching those teams work, it became obvious the hard part was never storing a document. It was chasing it - emailing the same person three times, opening whatever came back and realizing it's expired or the wrong file, and starting over. Somebody always ends up playing document detective, and it's never actually their job. So we built Xena - an AI teammate that doesn't wait for someone to remember to upload something. She sends the request, follows up on her own until it's actually done, and checks what comes back before it ever reaches a person, automatically catching an expired ID or a bad scan. If someone needs a real human, she hands off with full context instead of leaving them stuck.
