Webin Agency Operations keeps estimates, change requests, time, expenses, costs and invoices for each project in one place. A change goes through impact review, internal approval and the client's approval, and the approved amount reaches the contract, the plan and billing exactly once.

- Change requests with before/after scope and amount, an internal approval threshold and exact-version client approval.
- Time and expenses with cost and sell rates, weekly submission and approval, receipts up to 5 MB, rebilling.
- Billing from approved sources: aggregate, item or time invoices, credits, receipts, refunds, supplier purchase orders.
- Every amount or state change keeps its version, author and reason. Interface in nine languages, dark mode, keyboard access.
