Hello everyone, in early April I found out the skype is closing down and I used skype extensively. I thought I should build something like this but simple, since I only used it for calling, I built the calling feature and custom caller ID only so far.
Annoying part was not the development but the regulation hurdle. I don't have skype in India. So I had to use other ways. it's painful tbh. You have to register business, then approval for your website even after that international payments are not allowed. For international payments I had to get another approval and a import/export code from Government.
In the end it took me 10 days to build the whole app but regulations took me 25 days.
