VibeReady

AI-native SaaS starter kit optimized for vibe coding

Visit

VibeReady is an AI-native SaaS starter kit designed for developers who build with AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, and GitHub Copilot.

Unlike traditional boilerplates that break down when AI generates code at scale, VibeReady ships with a built-in AI framework that keeps your codebase consistent as it grows. Every feature is documented in LLM-friendly format, so AI tools always have the right context — no hallucinations, no pattern drift, no accumulating tech debt.

Features

- Smart Context Router — Built on the AGENTS.md standard (adopted by 20,000+ repos). Automatically loads only the relevant context for each AI task, reducing hallucinations and token waste.

- Reusable Skill Library — Battle-tested, reusable agent skills covering the full development lifecycle: from scaffolding new features to writing tests and deploying.

- Living Documentation — LLM-friendly docs auto-generated via Git hooks. Documentation stays in sync with code automatically — zero manual upkeep, zero drift.

- Quality Gates — Enforced tests, type safety, and security checks on every change. Prevents pattern drift and catches AI-generated vulnerabilities before they ship.

- PRD-Driven Development Workflows — Step-by-step tutorials for building features through product requirement docs and multi-agent collaboration.

- Works With Any AI Tool — Compatible with Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, Gemini, and any LLM-based coding assistant.

- Production SaaS Features (Full Kit) — Auth (Clerk), billing (Stripe), multi-tenancy, RBAC, admin dashboard, AI assistant with tool calling, email (Resend), background jobs (Inngest), infrastructure-as-code (Terraform for GCP), and CI/CD (GitHub Actions) — all pre-wired and ready to ship.

Use Cases

- Launch a SaaS product with AI coding tools — Start with production-ready architecture that AI understands out of the box. Skip weeks of setup and go straight to building your product.

- Scale AI-assisted development without tech debt — As you add features with AI, VibeReady's quality gates and enforced patterns prevent the code quality degradation that typically hits AI-built projects after the first 10–20 features.

- Onboard AI tools to an existing workflow — Use VibeReady's AGENTS.md-based context system and skill library as a reference architecture for structuring AI-friendly codebases.

- Solo founder building fast — Ship a complete SaaS product without a team. VibeReady's AI framework acts as a senior engineer guardrail, catching issues that solo developers typically miss.

- Team standardization — Give every developer on your team the same AI-powered workflow with consistent patterns, so AI-generated code looks the same regardless of who prompted it.

Hey Fazier 👋 I built VibeReady because I kept hitting the same wall: I'd start a SaaS with a Next.js boilerplate, plug in Claude Code or Cursor, and three days later the AI was rewriting the same dashboard six different ways while ignoring every convention I'd set. Most starter kits (ShipFast, MakerKit, Supastarter) work great if you write the code yourself. But the moment you hand the keyboard to an AI tool, those kits have no architecture for the AI to follow — and "almost right" code piles up faster than you can debug it. VibeReady is what I wished existed: a Next.js SaaS starter built so AI tools have the patterns, specs, and guardrails to ship production code from day one. Spec first, prompt second. Curious what AI-coding pain points you've run into — that's where I keep finding gaps worth closing.
