I built Vergate because I got tired of checking the same things over and over after shipping a website. Is the site actually up? Did I leave some stupid security header out? Are there obvious SEO issues? Can AI crawlers make sense of the content? And why am I using five different tools to answer all of that? So I ended up building Vergate for myself, then figured other developers might find it useful too. It’s basically a dashboard that runs those checks in the background and gives you the stuff that actually needs attention, without turning website monitoring into another project. It’s still very much a work in progress, so I’d genuinely appreciate people trying it and telling me what’s useful, what’s annoying, and what I’m completely missing. If you find something broken or have an idea, there’s a feedback option directly on the site (or you could drop a mail at [email protected]). I’d rather hear the criticism now than six months from now.
