The Merge AI for auto-deduping feedback is the feature I'd care about most, duplicate posts are what make voting boards lose signal over time. Curious how aggressive the merging is: does it flag near-duplicates for review or merge them automatically, and can users un-merge if it gets one wrong? Also nice to see an MCP endpoint, being able to query the roadmap from Cursor is a smart touch.
The public roadmap + automated changelog combo is the part I'd actually pay for — most feedback tools stop at collecting votes and leave you to manually close the loop with users. We run into the same "close the loop" problem with chat conversations (visitors ask for things, and that signal usually just evaporates). Does Upvoty have any way to auto-tag incoming feedback by theme, or is that still a manual sort?
