ToolVault is a free online tool vault that processes images, PDFs, and QR codes entirely in your browser. Nothing is uploaded — every file is handled locally with WebAssembly, then stored in an on-device IndexedDB file library. Your files physically never leave your device.
Because there are no servers, there is no bandwidth bill to pass on — so ToolVault is free forever, with no account, no signup, and no upload queue. It ships 32 tools today: image resizing and conversion (HEIC, AVIF, WebP, JPG, PNG), PDF merging and compression, background removal, and QR generation with batch decoding to CSV.
