ToolSparkr is a free suite of 35+ browser-based developer and productivity tools built for speed and privacy. Every tool runs directly in your browser — no signup, no data uploaded to servers, no ads.

Built as a solo indie project because every "free tool" site was either slow, full of ads, or required registration. ToolSparkr is the opposite — fast (PageSpeed 100/100), clean, and truly free.

Open source on GitHub. Built with PHP 8.1, MySQL, Cloudflare CDN. MIT License.

Hey everyone! I'm Ali, a solo developer from Pakistan. I built ToolSparkr because I was tired of online tool sites that were cluttered with ads, required signups, or sent your data to their servers. ToolSparkr has 35+ free browser-based developer tools — JSON Formatter, Password Generator, URL Encoder, Hash Generators, DNS Lookup and more. Everything runs client-side, no data leaves your browser. Some stats: 40 blog posts, 60 SEO pages, PageSpeed 100/100 on both mobile and desktop, built with $0 budget using DigitalOcean free credits. Would love honest feedback — what tools should I add next? What could be better?

Wow, ToolSparkr looks amazing! I love that it’s a fast, clean, and truly free suite of developer tools with no ads or signups. Having 35+ browser-based tools all in one place is super convenient, and the fact that it’s open source makes it even better. Definitely bookmarking this for quick development and productivity tasks!

Strong positioning here. “No signup, no ads, no data leaves your browser” is a much sharper promise than most utility directories, and listing concrete tools like JSON formatting, DNS/WHOIS, and color conversion makes it feel immediately useful instead of generic. One thing I’d be curious about is whether you plan to organize the collection more by workflow, not just by tool name. For example, clusters like API/debugging, text/encoding, and security/privacy could make repeat use even faster for people who know the job they need done, but not the exact tool yet.
