SwitchWithAI is an AI resume tailoring tool for job seekers in India, made by Rishh Labs.
Most resume tools optimise for a score. SwitchWithAI optimises for you being believed.
How it works:
1. Upload the resume you already have (DOCX from Word, Google Docs or a designer template, or a PDF that is rebuilt into a DOCX).
2. Paste a job description, or capture it from LinkedIn or Naukri with the Chrome extension.
3. Pick a depth: Fast (~15s), Balanced (~30s) or Deep (a minute or two).
4. Review every change side by side with the reason for it. Nothing is applied silently.
5. Download the same file with better words in it.
What makes it different:
- It writes into your own document. Fonts, spacing, columns and margins are kept, and a version that would change your layout is refused rather than sent.
- It never invents anything. A keyword from the posting goes in only when your resume or your confirmed skills support it. Missing requirements are flagged, not written.
- It checks the job fit before you spend a run, so you know whether a role is worth tailoring for.
- Your resume is not used to train models, and deleting your account removes your files and history.
Also included: a free ATS checker and free resume review (no login), interview question prep from the posting and your resume, application tracking, version history, and an MCP server for Claude Code and Cursor.
