Hi, I'm Leonard, the maker of Swimcast. It focuses on the pre-swim workflow: choose fresh podcast episodes on iPhone, arrange the playback order, and sync them to compatible MP3 swim headphones without a laptop. Bluetooth does not work underwater, so the episodes live on the headphones. I'd appreciate feedback on the connection instructions and which headphone models people use. The compatibility guide is at https://nxz91.com/swimcast/compatibility/.
Clever fix for a problem I'd never thought about until reading this. Dragging files across from a laptop is exactly the sort of friction that stops people using something, so syncing straight through iOS Files makes a lot of sense. Out of interest, does it remember where you got to in an episode between swims, or does each one start fresh? Good luck with the launch.
