The no-upload split is the useful part if the STL is a client file that should not leave the machine. I usually hit bed limits on a 220 mm printer with terrain pieces, and interlocking joints are what keep the parts aligned after glue. Before a long print I would want to know whether joint clearance is adjustable, because a tight fit in PLA can bind once the walls cool. Does the tool expose a gap setting, or is the joint size fixed?

Doing the split in the browser with nothing uploaded is the right call for model files people care about. I built my own tool on the same idea, and "no upload, no account" is the first thing people ask about. How do you choose where to cut? Does it split along a fixed grid sized to the bed, or can I drag a cut plane so the seam lands on a flat face where it's easy to hide?
