Snagly

Price-drop alerts and price history for eBay

Visit

Snagly is a price tracker for eBay. Paste the link to any ebay.com listing and set the price you'd pay. Snagly checks it every 4 hours through eBay's official API and emails you once when it reaches your target, not on every check.

Each tracked listing gets a price history chart, so you can see whether today's price is actually a good one. CamelCamelCamel and Keepa do this for Amazon; Snagly does it for eBay. Currently ebay.com (US) only; price history starts when a listing is first tracked.

Features

• Price-drop email when a listing reaches your target price, sent once per drop

• Price history chart for every tracked listing

• Checks every 4 hours via eBay's official API, no scraping

• Works in any browser, including on your phone. No extension to install

• Out-of-stock listings stay tracked and alert you when they're back

• Check whether an eBay "sale" price is really lower than usual before buying

Hi Fazier! I built Snagly after noticing how often eBay sellers mark a price up for a few hours and then "drop" it back, so a listing looks 40-50% off when it's barely below its usual price. CamelCamelCamel solves this for Amazon; eBay shoppers had nothing that simple. Paste any ebay.com listing link, set the price you'd pay, and you get one email when it gets there, plus a price history chart for that listing. It uses eBay's official API, no scraping. It's US-only for now, and I'd love feedback on what would make it more useful.
