Sharebrand is a white-label file sharing platform for businesses. Agencies, studios, freelancers, consultants, and law firms use it to share files with clients, teams, and partners from their own domain, with their own logo and brand on every page. Recipients never see Sharebrand's name.
Most file sharing tools were built for personal or internal use and carry their own brand into your client relationships. When you send a link from Dropbox, WeTransfer, or Google Drive, the client lands on their interface, not yours. Sharebrand is built the other way around. The branded experience is not a feature added on top — it is the reason the product exists.
Features
- Custom domain and white-label branding Every plan includes a fully owned custom domain from day one. File links, download pages, and email notifications go out under your domain with your logo. On Pro and above, all Sharebrand attribution is removed entirely.
- Unlimited transfers and file requests Send files to any number of recipients and accept uploads back through your branded portal with no caps or overages. Recipients do not need an account to access or upload files.
- Sell files and collect payment before download Set a price on any file or transfer. Recipients pay through Stripe before downloading. Payments go directly to your Stripe account. Sharebrand takes no commission.
- White-label reseller program The Reseller plan lets you run your own branded file sharing platform for your clients. Each client gets their own workspace at their own subdomain, with their own branding. You set the pricing, connect your Stripe account, and keep all revenue. Sharebrand stays invisible throughout.
- Security and file control Password protection, expiring links, and 90-day file recovery on Pro plans. Team roles and folder permissions for managing access across larger teams.
- Brand asset portal Create a curated page for sharing logos, fonts, colour palettes, and brand guidelines. Clients and contractors access current brand files without asking for them.
- Embedded content Include live Figma prototypes, Loom videos, Canva designs, and Notion pages directly within a transfer page alongside downloadable files.
