Hi everyone — I'm the founder of RowExact. I built it after watching sellers spend a full week writing listings for a 200-product catalog, then giving up and publishing thin, duplicated copy. Generic AI writers made it worse: they invent materials, sizes and warranties that aren't true, which gets listings flagged. RowExact only uses the facts in your spreadsheet. Upload a CSV/Excel, map the columns, and it writes marketplace-correct titles, descriptions, tags and Amazon bullets for every row. A quality gate holds any row that contains a spec not in your data, so you review before exporting an import-ready file for Etsy, Shopify, eBay or Amazon. No subscription — credit packs per product, credits never expire, failed rows aren't charged. You can try 3 products free without an account. Happy to answer anything about how the quality gate works or which marketplaces you'd like supported next.

For catalogues with size or colour variants, does the export preserve the original SKU and parent–variant relationships? A before/after example would help retailers assess whether they can import the generated copy without changing their stock identifiers.

The quality gate that holds any row containing a spec not found in the source CSV is a great answer to the hallucinated-attributes problem with AI listing tools. Does it also flag unit conversions, like inches turned into cm, and can I whitelist certain derived fields so rows aren't held unnecessarily?

The quality gate that holds rows containing specs not in the source file is a smart answer to the biggest worry with AI listing copy. Pay-per-product credits that never expire and not charging for failed rows also feel fair for sellers with seasonal catalogs. Does the column mapping get saved as a template, so a repeat supplier CSV can be processed without remapping?

Tried the free trial with one Etsy row (stoneware mug, matte black glaze, 350 ml, dishwasher safe). Title and description stayed within my facts, but the row was held because the generated tag "ceramic mug" tripped "Invented spec not in your row: ceramic". Stoneware is a ceramic and buyers search that term, so maybe treat material synonyms like this as a warning, or have the tag step skip words the gate would reject. Otherwise a one-row trial ends with "0 passed, 1 held", which is a confusing first result.

The quality gate that holds any row with a spec not in the source file is a smart call, invented specs are exactly what gets listings pulled. Credits that never expire also fit sellers with seasonal catalogs. Are most of your heavier users on Shopify, or is Amazon where the bulk volume comes from?
