Reader Alive is an iPhone and iPad ebook reader for personal EPUB, PDF, MOBI, and AZW3 files. It keeps AI tools beside the text so readers can translate passages, listen with natural text-to-speech, summarize chapters, and ask book-grounded questions without leaving the book.

Comments

I built Reader Alive because long-form reading often breaks into too many separate tools: one app for ebooks, another for translation, another for listening, and another for AI questions. Reader Alive keeps those workflows inside the reading surface so people can work through EPUBs, PDFs, MOBI, and AZW3 files with less context switching. I would especially love feedback from readers who study foreign-language books, technical material, dense nonfiction, or long PDFs on iPhone and iPad.
