I used to love Stumbledupon.com and would like to get that feeling back!
The site is cool, simple, and easy to use. However, I suggest focusing on specific niches. For example, if your audience is developers, feature random sites that help developers rather than unrelated ones. A niche-focused approach is more effective in solving real-world problems.

Cool idea- but took me to some websites that seemed like business pages, firms, some in other languages I didn't understand. If this is for people to browse around and explore cool websites, maybe the kinds of websites it goes to can be ones that are for knowledge, have some sort of interactive element, or something interesting.
