I designed a poster for a side project and wanted a QR code that didn't look like a boring barcode. Every tool I tried either just slapped a logo in the middle or got so fancy the code stopped scanning. So I built QRacade: it carves little corridors inside the code itself and lets snake, robot and pixel characters run through them — and before every download we actually decode the final design to prove it still scans.
