Qovilio

Every subscription you pay for, in one place

Visit

Qovilio is an AI subscription tracker. Connect Gmail or Outlook, forward a bill, or upload a receipt, and Qovilio's AI works out the company, plan, price, currency and next charge date for every subscription you pay for.

You see everything in one list: what's active, what's failing to charge, and what has ended, with a plan history showing each price you've paid and when. Qovilio reminds you before renewals and before free trials turn into charges, adds up your spending in your own currency, and answers questions like "what renews this week?"

It reads the bills themselves instead of linking to a bank, so it works with any bank, card or app store, in any country. Free to start; Pro is $9 a month.

Hi, I'm the founder of Qovilio. I built it after finding about 20 subscriptions in my own inbox across two currencies: app-store renewals, failed card payments, plans I'd switched and forgotten. Bank-linking trackers didn't help, so Qovilio reads the bills instead. It connects to Gmail or Outlook (or you forward bills to it), an AI reads each billing email, and a set of rules turns them into one list: each plan, its price and currency, its status, and a plan history of what you paid and when. The hard parts were the messy ones: app-store receipts that name the store instead of the app, "payment failed" emails that arrive before a successful retry, and one company billing you under several names. It's free to start. I'd love to hear what it gets wrong in your inbox.
