Founder of Pumpynotes, an all-in-one app...

Hi everyone! I built Pumpynotes because I was tired of juggling separate apps for my notes, calendar, and budget. I wanted one simple, fast place to keep my plans, ideas, and money together. It is now in open beta and supports 7 languages. Would love your feedback!

It's amazing, but will use in future.

Pumpynotes really nails the “one place for everything” idea without feeling bloated. I like how notes, calendar, and personal finance are all tightly integrated instead of being three separate apps glued together. Block-based notes with sub-notes plus a unified dashboard for today’s agenda, quick notes, and upcoming payments make it very easy to see both tasks and money at a glance. Multi-currency support and real-time rate conversion are also super helpful for people who get paid or spend in more than one currency.

Bringing notes, calendar planning and budgeting into one workspace could reduce the friction of switching between several apps. The seven-language support and multi-currency budgeting are particularly useful. Can calendar events or financial records be linked directly to a specific note or project?

Keeping notes, calendar and multi-currency budgeting in one workspace instead of three apps is the part that sold me, especially the unified dashboard for today's agenda and upcoming payments. Which of the 7 languages came first?

Really one place for managing the motes calendar and budget are simply awesome every between apps its always tiring thing.

Combining plans, notes, and budgets in one workspace is a useful focus.

Notes + calendar + budget is an ambitious combo - in most all-in-one tools the budget module is the first thing users abandon. Multi-currency from day one suggests you're aiming at expats/travelers, which is genuinely underserved. How does the free plan cap - note count or features? Dashboard looks clean, congrats on the launch.

One thing I appreciate is that you've clearly focused on solving a specific problem rather than trying to build everything at once. As you continue growing, how are you planning to gather user feedback and decide which features to prioritize? I think that's one of the hardest parts of building an early-stage product.

It's amazing, but will use in future.

The unified dashboard is a practical idea, especially for users who want to manage planning, notes, and personal finances without switching between several apps. I also like the combination of recurring reminders and multi-currency budgeting, which makes it more useful for people managing both daily tasks and finances.

i love it like 2 in 1 place thing

What I like about Pumpynotes is how it brings notes, planning, and personal finance into one clean workspace instead of making you jump between multiple apps. The block-based notes, linked calendar, reminders, and multi-currency budgeting feel especially thoughtful for everyday use. Simple idea, but very practical execution.

Looks great! Does this integrate with tools that I am currently using for this? Would it be possible to import from those apps?

Love the clean approach to note-taking! The interface looks intuitive, and the AI-powered features seem like they could save a lot of time. Wishing you a successful launch! 🚀

I think it will be quite helpful, since I need a lightweight note-taking tool that organizes notes by date without having to use a heavy app like Notion. I’ll give it a try

I really like the focused “one place for everything” approach. Notes, calendar planning, and budgeting are usually spread across several apps, so bringing them together in one clean workspace makes a lot of sense. The block-based notes, sub-notes, unified dashboard, and multi-currency support should be especially useful for freelancers, remote workers, and people managing projects across different countries. Curious if notes can be linked directly to calendar events or budget transactions. Congrats on the open beta and seven-language support!

Clean concept with a nice combination of notes, calendar, and budgeting in one app. The multi-currency support and multilingual features are great additions. You could make the description even stronger by highlighting what makes Umpynotes unique compared to other productivity apps like Notion or Evernote.

The combination of notes, calendar, and budget in one place is exactly what pulls at me here - I currently use different apps for lesson planning, scheduling, and tracking personal expenses, and context-switching between them is a friction I've accepted without really questioning it. The block-based notes structure looks flexible enough for lesson prep without being overcomplicated. Two things I'd want to know before committing: how does it handle recurring events with exceptions? (teaching has a lot of "every week except this particular date because of the school calendar") And for the multi-currency finance side, is the rate real-time or saved at entry time? The difference matters a lot when you're tracking across months.

Really impressed by how you've combined notes, planning, calendar, and budgeting into a single workspace. The interface looks clean and intuitive, and the multi-currency budgeting feature is a nice addition. Wishing you a successful launch and continued growth!

The upcoming-payments and recurring-reminders piece is the part I'd lean into hardest. In our own money app we found that once people can see recurring bills projected onto a forward balance, and not just get reminded about them, budgeting suddenly clicks, because the question shifts from "did I overspend" to "will I be short on the 20th." Does Pumpynotes roll upcoming payments into a projected balance, or are they mainly surfaced as dashboard reminders? Also curious whether the multi-currency rate is stored at entry or recomputed live, since that quietly changes your historical totals. Clean execution, congrats on the beta.
