Use Cases
- Channels. Web widget, WhatsApp (Meta Cloud API and a self-hosted QR bridge), Telegram, LINE, Messenger, Instagram, Discord, and voice (built on Vapi, priced per minute). Meta-side channels depend on App Review, submitted 15 Sept 2026 and still pending (per project notes; not re-checked today).
- Commerce. Live catalogue lookup and cart building on Shopify (MCP + Cart Actions), WooCommerce (Store API) and Wix Stores. Answers shipping and returns from store policies, reports in stock or out of stock (never exact quantities on Shopify), hands the shopper a checkout link.
- Knowledge. Bot Knowledge (RAG over the merchant's documents and synced store pages), built on Cloudflare AI Search; event-driven ingest worker.
- Service. Human Handoff with an AI-written briefing; Helpdesk Connect (opens tickets in Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Help Scout, or a built-in tickets board); Abuse Guard (rate limits, injection defence, spend caps); a ticket agent.
- Automation. Agent Tasks: scheduled AI agents for sales digests, abandoned-cart nudges, review chasers, order-status watching, win-back. Built on a connector layer (about 59 connector guides in the repo, 26 provider entries) with a signing bridge for third-party APIs.
- Analytics. Sentry add-on: visitor analytics on the merchant's site (pages, scroll depth, clicks, rage clicks, and how many go on to chat); contacts and leads records.
