Now I log wins as they happen, a screenshot and two lines, done in under a minute, so I have the receipts instead of a foggy memory when it's time to ask for a raise or update my CV. The 30 second logging window is the part that decides whether this survives, because the failure mode is not forgetting to write things down, it is deciding something does not count as a win yet. Two questions: does anything prompt the log, a weekly nudge or a calendar hook, or is it purely manual? And on the PDF, can you filter to one project or date range before exporting, or is it the whole log? A review packet usually needs a slice, not everything.
