PREP is a meal prep app for people who cook their food in batches. Set your goals once. From there you plan the week, split a cooked batch into portions that match your targets, and log the whole thing in one go.

Comments

I started this because I was tired of managing meal prep in a spreadsheet. Cooking in batches works well for me, but figuring out portions that actually hit my macro targets was tedious to do by hand every week. My partner and I share a lot of the same batches, but we don't always have the same targets. That's where Smart Split came from, it splits a shared batch proportionally so we both land close to our own numbers instead of eyeballing it. Built and maintained by one person. Happy to answer questions or hear what's missing.
