planomatti

Free Gantt, Scrum and Kanban planner, hosted in Switzerland

Visit

planomatti is a free project planner that combines Gantt charts, Scrum boards and Kanban in one place. I built it while planning my own final apprenticeship project (IPA) in Switzerland, because I needed a timeline with planned vs. actual tracking plus a simple task board. Now it is public, hosted in Switzerland and available in German, English, French and Italian. No subscription, no credit card.

Comments

Putting planned vs. actual tracking directly on the Gantt timeline next to Scrum and Kanban boards is a smart fit for apprentices and small teams who would otherwise juggle several tools. Does the Kanban board share tasks with the Gantt bars, so moving a card updates the timeline dates? It would also be useful to export the planned-vs-actual view as a PDF for project reports.

Planned vs. actual on the Gantt is exactly what most free planners skip. Does it support task dependencies (finish-to-start), so a late task pushes everything after it? Import from MS Project or CSV would also help teams switch over.

Hi Fazier! I'm Matti, a Mediamatiker from Winterthur, Switzerland. planomatti started as a small local app I built for myself. For my final apprenticeship project (IPA) I needed a Gantt timeline where I could see planned vs. actual time, plus a Kanban board for my tasks. This October I turned it into a proper web app with workspaces, invitations, Scrum and Kanban, and opened it to everyone. It is free, hosted in Switzerland and available in German, English, French and Italian. I'd love your honest feedback: what is missing, what is confusing, what would make you switch from your current tool?
