With PerceptInsight our goal was to build a full stack business operating system capable of generating deep insights, but also one that allows one to take action based on those insights, while preserving context.

Traditional analytics tools are often complex to set up and even harder to interpret. They also lack the ability to maintain context or drive meaningful engagement. What users really need from these tools is more than just data insights β€” they need actionable information that helps them make decisions and take immediate action based on those insights.


Most times customers aren't giving you the feedback explicitly but through implicit behaviours that they demonstrate on your platform or product. You may think you have launched a super cool feature but what if the customer does not think so? Or worse is not even able to get to it?
