Pauzenna: Fasting Tracker

A fasting timer where you can edit any fast

Visit

Pauzenna is a simple intermittent fasting timer for iPhone and Android. Start a fast, see when your goal comes up, and keep every fast in your history. Most fasting apps put a questionnaire and a paywall in front of the timer, and few let you fix a fast you forgot to start or stop. In Pauzenna you can drag the start back to when you last ate, change the start or end of any fast (even the running one), and add a forgotten fast afterwards. Plans: 16:8, 18:6, 20:4, OMAD or a custom goal from 12 to 24 hours. While a fast runs, a live countdown sits on your lock screen. Free, with no ads and no sign-up: the timer and every plan, editing, full history with streak and heatmap, 30-day stats, reminders, the small widget, and backup, restore and CSV export. Pro adds automatic backup and sync between devices, trends past 30 days and larger widgets. Built by one developer, in 10 languages.

Hi Fazier, I'm Andrei, a solo mobile developer. I built Pauzenna because the fasting apps I tried did one of two things I didn't like. Some asked a long questionnaire and showed a paywall before the timer. Others wouldn't let me fix a fast after I forgot to stop it. So the free version is the whole timer: • Every plan (16:8 to OMAD, or your own goal) • Editing and back-dating any fast • Full history with a streak and heatmap • A live countdown on the lock screen, plus reminders • Backup to a file and CSV export There are no ads, and you don't need an account to start. Pro is $19.99/year (7-day free trial), $4.99/month or $49.99 once. It adds automatic backup and sync between devices, trends past 30 days, and larger widgets. It's in 10 languages on both stores. It's a timer, not medical advice. I'd love to hear what you'd change, especially if you fast every day.
