Pasforma Platform

Chat, community & workspace in one

Visit

Pasforma is an all-in-one community platform for people to connect, communicate, and collaborate in one place.

Instead of switching between separate tools for chat, community management, voice/video, and collaboration, Pasforma brings them together into one unified experience.

Built for modern online communities, creators, teams, and organizations that want a simpler way to build and manage their digital space.

Consolidating chat + community + voice is a hard sell when Discord and Slack are already free and familiar. What's the one workflow where yours is meaningfully faster — event threads, or onboarding a new member into the right channels?

Tool fragmentation is such a real pain point for modern teams and creators—switching constantly between Slack/Discord, Zoom, and collaboration boards kills momentum. Bringing chat, voice/video, spaces, and shared docs under a single roof with AI assistance is a breath of fresh air. Sleek concept and huge time-saver. Looking forward to seeing Pasforma grow!

Chat, community & workspace in one

I built Pasforma because running an online community often means switching between too many disconnected tools. The idea is simple: bring communication, collaboration, community management, voice/video, and AI into one place. We’re still early and actively building the product, so I’d love to hear feedback from community owners and builders — especially what you use today and what you wish your current tools did better.

This is similar to Discord and why would anyone shift from discord to here?

Most communities that would switch already live on Discord or Slack. Can Pasforma import channel history and invite existing members in bulk, or does everyone start from an empty space? And can a community make some threads public pages that search engines can read? Answers buried in Discord never show up in Google, so a public, indexable Q&A space would be a real reason to move.

Integrating chat, community, and workspace in one platform is exactly what remote teams need. Most tools force you to jump between Slack, Discord, and project spaces. The real win is whether the permissions model stays sane across all three - that's where most all-in-one tools stumble. How does moderation and user management scale?

Combining chat, community, voice/video and collaboration in one workspace sounds genuinely useful — tool sprawl is a real pain for community managers. I like the focus on organized spaces and channels, and the AI assistance could help keep larger conversations manageable. Curious how moderation and member roles work as a community scales.

Consolidating tools is a real pain point. The hardest part is usually the move itself, though. Is there an import path from Discord or Slack (channels, history, member list)? That would lower the barrier to switching a lot.

The single-link client handoff is exactly the friction I hit weekly. Curious how it handles permission scoping when you invite an external client versus an internal teammate — that boundary is where most 'workspace' tools get messy.

Looks great! Simple, easy to read

Combining communication, community, and workspace tools in one platform is an interesting concept. Can teams manage different projects and community groups separately, with different access permissions for members?

Interesting concept! Bringing community discussions, team collaboration, and workspace management into one platform could be really useful. I'm curious how Pasforma handles larger communities and whether it supports integrations with popular productivity tools.

Interesting concept! Bringing community discussions, team collaboration, and workspace management into one platform could be really useful. I'm curious how Pasforma handles larger communities and whether it supports integrations with popular productivity tools.

Consolidating community channels, voice, and workspace collaboration into a single dashboard addresses a huge pain point for creators trying to avoid tool fatigue. How do you approach notifications and digest settings so members do not feel overwhelmed by high channel activity?

Juggling Discord, Slack and Zoom for one community is a real headache, so putting it all in one place makes sense. What would make a community switch from Discord specifically? Is there an easy way to import an existing server and its members, or do people start from scratch?
