The request reaches inside sales complete and unambiguous: part number, item, and quantity instead of phone, PDF, and back-and-forth.

Manufacturers start from existing drawings and bills of materials. Assemblies stay hidden until approved. Requests arrive as email or CSV; no ERP connection required. Hosted in Germany, GDPR.

Building Partmira, a spare parts portal ...

I built Partmira for machine builders whose customers still order spare parts by phone and PDF. The operator opens the exploded view of their own machine with the serial number, taps the item, and the request reaches inside sales with the part number, position, and quantity. Manufacturers start from the drawings and bills of materials they already have. An assembly stays hidden until they approve it. Requests come back as email or CSV, so there is no ERP project to start. We host in Germany. If you run aftersales for a machine builder, tell me whether serial-number lookup or the approval step is the part you would want first.
