OwlApply

Free ATS resume check, AI resume builder, job matching and mock interviews

Visit

Most applications are filtered by an applicant tracking system before a human reads them, and job seekers retype the same details into every form. OwlApply puts the whole job search in one place. Start with the free ATS resume checker: it shows the exact text an applicant tracking system extracts from your file and runs 34 checks on formatting, contact block, sections and keywords, each with a concrete fix, no account required. From there you get an AI resume builder with 50+ templates, a match score against any posting, a cover letter generator, spoken mock interviews with an AI interviewer that has read your resume and the job ad, a job board with 8.5M+ live listings, and a browser extension that autofills applications on Workday, Greenhouse, Lever and 50+ other ATS platforms. Available in 40 languages. Built by OwlApply Oy in Espoo, Finland.

Hi Fazier! I'm Tufan, the founder. I built OwlApply after watching good applications disappear for reasons nobody ever explains. Most of them are filtered by an applicant tracking system before a human reads them, and the feedback is silence. So the first thing I built was the part that is normally invisible: a checker that shows you the exact text an ATS extracts from your file, then runs 34 checks and tells you what to fix. That part is free and needs no account, because guessing why you were rejected shouldn't cost anything. The rest grew out of the same job hunt: a resume builder that rewrites bullets instead of just formatting them, a match score against a specific posting, spoken mock interviews with an interviewer that has actually read your resume and the job ad, and a browser extension so you stop retyping the same details into Workday, Greenhouse and Lever. One thing I care about: everything works in 40 languages, including resume translation that keeps the formatting. I'm in Espoo, Finland, and applying across borders is its own kind of painful. Happy to answer anything, and genuinely interested in where it falls short. That's more useful to me right now than an upvote.
