I've been building nlh.poker solo for about a year now. The idea started simple: I wanted a place to grind poker hands and actually see whether I was improving — without real money on the line and without installing anything. Most poker apps I found were either full casino experiences or bare-bones simulators with no stats. I wanted something in between: fast, free, and focused on giving you real data (VPIP, PFR, 3-bet, WTSD, etc.) instead of just a gut feeling about your game. FastFold was the first thing I built — fold and you're instantly at a new table, so you can rack up way more hands per session. Everything else (the stats, the EV win rate graph, the rating system) grew from wanting to actually see whether that volume was translating into improvement. I'm a solo dev, so it's still rough around the edges in places. Would genuinely love feedback — especially from anyone who's used other poker training tools and can tell me what's missing here.
