NEVYN

Your Apple Watch as a stress monitor, scored 0–100

Visit

Your Apple Watch measures heart rate and HRV all day, but the numbers rarely tell you anything. NEVYN turns them into one clear load score from 0 to 100, compared with your own baseline at the same time of day, and says what helps right now. No account, no cloud, no tracking: everything is calculated on your iPhone and Apple Watch. Free for 3 days, no subscription needed; then monthly or yearly with Family Sharing. Requires an Apple Watch. Wellness app, not a medical diagnosis.

Hi Fazier, I'm Gianfranco, solo founder from Wiesbaden, Germany. I built NEVYN because my Apple Watch collected heart rate and HRV all day and I still had no idea whether I was actually stressed. Most apps compare you with a population average. NEVYN compares you with yourself, at the same time of day, because a heart rate of 80 at 9 am means something different than at 10 pm. Two things I cared about: it has to work on day 1 (it reads your Apple Health history instead of making you wait a week), and your health data never leaves your devices. No account, no server, no analytics. It's free for 3 days, no subscription needed. I'd love honest feedback, especially from people who've tried other HRV apps: where does the score feel right, where does it feel off?
