A daily tool for L&D and HR professionals to help with the competence development related work. See the overall maturity of competence development, check how values are realized in the work and make the friction between different roles' perspectives visible. Use pulse surveys, start and track development initiatives and report to stakeholders. You can also utilize MaturityHR in compliance-related work.
This software is for L&D and HR professional that manage all the competence development work in their organization and keep track of everything going on. The ones who execute the strategic goals and communicate to the employees. The ones who report back to the C-level and to other stakeholders. Also for the ones who want to see how the organizational values realize in the day-to-day business.

Why I built MaturityHR? I worked for years as an L&D consultant in competence and learning management. The client changed, but the same things came up every time: ✅ Competence management is a broad topic, and it is hard to describe. ✅ Without a shared understanding of what it is, its importance is hard to communicate to stakeholders. ✅ The link between strategic competence goals and everyday work blurs easily. ✅ Development initiatives are hard to connect to the whole, which makes them hard to carry out and to report on, or know the impact of those initiatives. Because developing competence is nevertheless essential inorganizations, I thought something could be done about it. That is how MaturityHR came about. ❓What is it MaturityHR is a competence management process tool. It makes visible how established your organization's competence management practices are, what your development initiatives actually change, and where leadership and employee views diverge. ❓Who it is for and what's in it for you I picture the user as a specialist or manager in an HR or L&D team, someone who moves L&D initiatives forward or owns them. The tool serves three needs at once: ➡️ For HR and developers, the everyday user. The problem is uncertainty and scatter: everything feels important and like it takes work. Analytics turns this into priority. The solution also takes organizational culture and the values account. ➡️ For leadership, the audience for reporting. The problem is that competence development gets investment, but the return and the progress are not visible. A shareable, evidence-based report makes strategy execution visible and trackable: the current state, change over time, and whether an initiative actually moved maturity. Competence management becomes something you can manage and report to the board. ➡️ For the organization, the systemic benefit. The problem is fragmentation and dependence on individuals, and the fact that differences between roles stay hidden. Tension analysis brings those differences into view, and continuous tracking replaces snapshots that go stale. You get organizational memory and continuous situational awareness. In practice, with MaturityHR you see the current state across six areas, prioritize the three fastest-moving leads, connect development initiatives to measurement points and verify their impact as a trend, gather the views of different roles through role-based invite links, and report to leadership with one click as a shareable link or a PDF. So, basically I built it because I wanted to give an everyday tool to you, the HR or L&D professional who stands as the implementer between the tasks and reporting demands delegated by leadership and the employee level. Less guesswork and fewer slide decks, more measurable, shareable, continuous situational awareness. Try it, use it and give me feedback! I honestly want to know if I'm solving the right problem here!
