"MatrixQR is built on the principle of 'Privacy by Design'. Unlike most cloud-based generators, we use client-side JavaScript to process everything locally. This means when you upload a logo or type in text, it never touches our server. It's a small stand against the surveillance economy, giving you full control over your data while keeping the tool fast and free."

The WiFi QR use case is the one I'd use most, and doing it client-side makes a lot of sense since you're literally typing your network password into it. Nice that vCard is supported too. One suggestion: an option to export as SVG would be great for print, so the code stays sharp at any size. Good luck with the launch!

Couldn't find where to set the security type (WPA / WEP / open). If I leave the password empty for an open guest network, what does it encode? Some phones refuse to join when the code says WPA but there's no password.

For printed travel guides, a useful safeguard would be a warning when a custom logo or colour contrast makes a code harder to scan. Do you expose the QR error-correction level and a scan preview before export? That would make the high-quality print use case clearer.

MatrixQR makes creating QR codes simple and convenient. The experience is straightforward, and it’s a great tool for anyone looking for an easy way to share information.

Keeping generation fully client-side is a strong privacy point for WiFi passwords and vCards. Are the QR codes static, so they keep working forever, or do any formats rely on a redirect through your servers? Also curious whether you offer an error-correction level option for printed codes with logos.
