Turn Google Maps, Bing Maps & Apple Maps into your lead list

Visit

MapLeads.ai is a cloud-based scraper and enrichment platform that turns maps listings into structured lead lists. You enter a business type and location, and it pulls every matching listing from Google Maps, Apple Maps, or Bing Maps — no result caps on any source. It then enriches each listing with verified emails, social profiles, ratings, review counts, opening hours, GPS coordinates, Plus codes, and Place IDs, and exports the data as CSV, Excel, or JSON. The product is built and operated by MapLeads, with no code or proxy setup required.

Features

1. Three maps sources

Search Google Maps, Apple Maps, and Bing Maps from one dashboard — one search form and one set of export columns, whichever source you pick.

2. 25+ data points per lead

Business name, address, phone numbers, emails, website, category, rating, review count, opening hours, social profiles, GPS coordinates, Plus code, Place ID, price level, claimed status, and maps source URL.

3. Automatic email enrichment

MapLeads visits each business's own website and adds verified emails and social profiles without a separate enrichment tool.

4. Precision filtering

Narrow results by rating threshold, category, and whether a lead has an email, phone, website, or socials before exporting.

5. Bulk extraction

No cap on results; page through every listing for any category and place, including entire countries.

6. Developer API

A typed REST API and SDK allow automating the lead pipeline end-to-end, including selecting which maps source to query.

7. Multiple export formats

Download clean CSV, Excel, or JSON ready for CRM or outreach tools.

Use Cases

1. Market research

Pull all coffee shops in Chicago with email addresses and ratings to assess the competitive landscape.

2. Lead generation

Create a list of plumbers in Texas with verified emails and social profiles for a cold email campaign.

3. Cross-checking

Run the same query on Apple Maps and Bing Maps to find businesses missing from Google Maps before sending a list.

4. CRM enrichment

Export enriched leads as CSV and import directly into a CRM without parsing.

BillionVerify.com - Verify emails in rea...

Hi everyone — I'm the founder of MapLeads.ai. The idea came from a problem we kept hearing: people knew how to verify email addresses, but had no good way to get the leads in the first place. Most were copying local business data out of Google Maps by hand, row by row. So we built the step before verification. MapLeads.ai pulls business data from Google, Bing and Apple Maps — name, address, phone, website, email, socials, rating, hours — and exports to CSV, Excel or JSON. The part we spent the most time on: you shouldn't pay for leads you haven't seen. You can browse and filter our 12M-record business dataset for free, check whether a phone, website or email exists (and whether that email is actually deliverable), and only then unlock the rows you want at 1 credit per lead. Happy to answer any questions — feedback very welcome.

MapLeads.ai Your product has strong potential, but I found a few key improvements that could make it even better. I'd love to share my feedback and suggestions—please contact me at [email protected].

Super interesting! I've been looking for something like this for a long time as im always going from search to search to get a good set of leads.

Excellent idea! Find qualified leads is the most complicate thing in B2B Saas

tried it once. really useful product. could be of great value to users who search leads with google maps

This is genuinely useful. I like that it goes beyond just scraping Maps data and actually enriches the leads with emails, socials, ratings, and other useful details. Being able to compare Google, Apple, and Bing Maps from one place is a really nice touch too. Great work!

Pulling three map sources through one export schema is the genuinely useful bit — anyone who has reconciled Google and Bing exports by hand knows the column drift is most of the work. Two things I would want spelled out on the page, because they are what a buyer with any compliance function will ask first. "Verified emails" — verified how? Syntax and MX only, SMTP probe, or a third-party validation pass? The word carries very different bounce risk depending on the answer. And the lawful basis for scraped B2B contacts, particularly for EU-registered businesses. Not a criticism — it is a normal question at procurement, and answering it plainly on the landing page converts better than leaving buyers to guess. On "no result caps": Maps itself paginates aggressively past a few hundred results per query. Is the cap removed by splitting the search geographically, or something else?

signed up and tried one search, but unfortunately there is 0 preview at free trial so it's hard to pay. I would rather show say 1 or 2 leads, then the user can confirm this works and will be more willing to pay.

The unified export for Google, Bing, and Apple Maps is the real time saver here - reconciling three different column schemas by hand is genuinely painful when you're trying to build a clean lead list. Most tools just pull from one source and call it a day. The auto-enrichment with verified emails and social profiles without a separate tool adds serious value to the raw data. For any outreach team doing research across multiple geographies, having no result cap and being able to filter by rating or data completeness upfront saves a lot of cleanup work downstream.
