LumaCare is a free wellness toolkit built for people running on empty. 12 tools covering burnout, anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation, digital burnout, and cognitive overload. No account. No payment. No data collected. Open it, use it, close it. That's it.
It's 2pm. You can't focus. Your chest is tight. You've got 11 tabs open and you've done nothing. You don't want to download an app, create an account, or start a free trial that charges you in 7 days.
You just need something that helps right now.
You open LumaCare. No login screen. No onboarding. Just tools. You spend 5 minutes with the cognitive overload tool, reset, and get back to your day.

Built LumaCare because every wellness app I tried wanted my email, my payment info, and 10 minutes of onboarding before I could do anything which is the opposite of helpful when you're already overwhelmed. So I built something with zero friction. 12 tools. No account. No subscription. Just open it and use it. Built it for the person who's burnt out at 2pm and just needs something that works right now. That's it.
The "no account, no payment, no data" stance is rare and worth honoring — too many wellness apps lock features behind onboarding flows that defeat the point. Curious which of the 12 tools gets the heaviest use? My guess from the framing is the burnout / cognitive overload ones, since those are the moments where you literally don't have the bandwidth to sign up for anything. Bookmarking this for the next 2pm wall.
