Unlike simple GIF makers or wallpaper apps, LIVP.app writes the actual pairing metadata iOS checks: a shared Content Identifier in the still's Apple MakerNote and a still-image-time track in the movie. Because MP4 and MOV files are already ISOBMFF containers, the conversion doesn't re-encode your video — it simply copies the movie byte-for-byte and adds metadata, finishing a 2 MB clip in roughly 11 milliseconds.
