Product Positioning
Koozee is an AI visual production platform built for apparel e-commerce. It serves Shopify sellers, marketplace merchants (Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, Shopee, etc.), independent fashion brands, clothing factories, and wholesalers across all apparel categories—including high-cost visual niches like lingerie, kidswear, and ACG/cosplay apparel.
Business Value
Launch faster: New listing visuals and product videos without waiting for photoshoots
Cut costs: Reduces reliance on studios, models, retouchers, and separate video tools
Scale production: High-volume output across many SKUs, stores, and channels
Improve testing: Easily vary models, scenes, backgrounds, and formats for ads and localization
Reduce friction: One workflow from asset creation to Shopify publishing
Core Features
1. Comprehensive Visual Asset Generation
AI Model Try-On – Turn product images into on-model visuals; customize model type, scene, pose, angle, and view for different markets and campaigns
Product Photography – Generate main images, close-ups, flat lays, ghost mannequin shots, background-adjusted photos, and catalog SKU visuals
Dynamic Video Content – Convert static clothing images into product videos, lookbooks, OOTD clips, outfit videos, and social-ready short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, and ads
Listing & Marketing Materials – Produce product detail page assets, campaign posters, social creatives, and enhanced visuals for commercial use
2. Shopify Workflow Integration
Sync Shopify stores directly, reuse existing product assets, generate new listing-ready visuals, preview results, and publish back to Shopify—eliminating the traditional download-edit-upload cycle.
Differentiation
Apparel-specialized AI that preserves garment structure, fabric texture, and fine details
Covers the full commercial workflow—from raw product image to published listing—in one platform
Natively supports high-complexity categories (lingerie, kidswear, ACG/cosplay) that generic tools handle poorly
Direct Shopify integration removes operational overhead for store-based sellers

Lingerie, kidswear and cosplay is an interesting niche list, because those are exactly the three where the generation side gets hard — and not for quality reasons. We run a high-volume image pipeline in a different vertical (real-estate interiors) and our biggest source of failed jobs was never model quality, it was the safety layer refusing prompts: at one point 17 of 25 failures were refusals rather than bad output. On-model apparel in those categories will hit that far harder than we do. What helped us was classifying failures by cause instead of retrying blindly, and only auto-retrying the ones that cost nothing — a refused prompt is free, a billed generation isn't. Do you surface the refusal reason to the seller, or show a generic error? We went back and forth on that one.
The workflow unlock here is significant for e-commerce - most apparel sellers spend disproportionate time on product photography and content creation. Consolidating visual production into one tool with AI asset generation, model variation, and background testing removes a major operational bottleneck for Shopify sellers and marketplace merchants. The cost angle (eliminating studios, models, retouchers) is real value for high-volume SKU management. Particularly strong for the long-tail of fashion brands that need fresh visuals constantly but can't justify traditional studio workflows.
Koozee Your product has strong potential, but I found a few key improvements that could make it even better. I'd love to share my feedback and suggestions—please contact me at [email protected].
