Konstruction Group was founded in 2011 by Fadi Mamar, an engineering graduate from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson), and Tomas Hladik, an architect and project manager with extensive construction experience.

We started this company to solve a problem we saw in the industry: homeowners and general contractors struggling to find reliable trade contractors who deliver quality work on time. Too many projects were delayed by no-shows, poor communication, and subpar workmanship.

Our solution was simple—build a team of skilled professionals who take pride in their craft and treat every project like it's their own home. Today, our 45+ member team has completed over 500 projects across the GTA, from garden suites and basement renovations to custom homes and multiplex developments.

We specialize in four core trades: framing, structural steel & welding, insulation, and drywall. By focusing on what we do best, we've become the go-to subcontractor for builders across Toronto who need reliable, quality trade work.
