Klipora AI is a free Android app that turns long videos into short vertical clips for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels and TikTok, right on your phone. Paste a YouTube link, pick a podcast episode or choose a video from your gallery, and Klipora AI does the editing work that normally needs a computer and a paid tool.
Pricing and setup: Klipora AI is free to use. Some premium options unlock by watching a rewarded ad, and there is no subscription. You add your own free Gemini and Groq API keys inside the app. It runs on Android 7.0 and newer and is installed as an APK from the GitHub releases page; it is not on the Play Store.
Klipora AI is built by an independent developer from India, with Indian creators who caption in Hindi and Hinglish in mind.
