KitoKoto

A free date poll for groups, with no account and no ads.

Visit

Most group scheduling tools ask for a sign-in, show ads to the people you invite, or limit how many polls you get for free. Kitokoto is a free date poll for groups, with no ads and no limit on polls. It has no accounts, for you or the people you invite.

Kitokoto polls your group on dates, meeting times, places or anything else you need decided. It works in the browser on a phone, a tablet or a computer, with no app to install. Each time shows in the time zone of the person reading it.

Most date polls end when you pick a date. Kitokoto keeps the date, the place and who is coming on the same page as your poll. The event adds to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook or any other calendar.

Kitokoto also makes free sign-up sheets for potlucks, volunteer shifts, meal trains and parent-teacher conferences, with templates to start from.

Really like that the poll doesn't just end at picking a date — keeping the place and who's coming on the same page, then adding it straight to Google or Apple Calendar, removes that messy follow-up thread. The sign-up sheets for potlucks and volunteer shifts are a thoughtful extra too!

The no-account design is the part that actually gets a group to answer. Most polls I send stall because two people will not create a login, and ads on the invite page make it worse. Showing each slot in the reader's own time zone, then keeping the chosen date, place, and who is coming on the same page, is a better ending than a poll that just closes. Private notes and hiding answers also matter when the group mixes coworkers and friends. Does the Google, Apple, and Outlook calendar add still work for someone who never made a Kitokoto account?

Keeping the date, the place and who is coming on the same page as the poll is the part I like most: the poll turns into the event page instead of a dead end. Showing each time in the reader's own time zone matters a lot for families spread across countries. Question: once a date is picked, can the organizer lock the poll so late voters only see the final plan?

No account for the people you invite is what actually gets a group to answer. Most polls die because one or two people won't sign up. Can you share a poll with an event link already attached, so people vote on a date for a specific night out?

The per-reader time zone display plus the no-account approach is a smart combo for groups spread across countries. I also like that you can add options later without losing existing answers, since that's where most polls fall apart. Do you plan to support a tie-breaker or auto-pick when two dates get the same votes? That would save organizers a follow-up message.
