Intaj Invoice is a free invoice and quote maker that runs in your browser. There is no sign-up and no email to give: your documents are saved on your own device and exported as a clean PDF. It handles 57 currencies, your own named taxes, prices with or without tax, and withholding. The screen comes in 9 languages and the document itself in any of 15, chosen separately, so you can work in English and send a client an invoice in German or Japanese. It works offline and installs as an app. It makes PDF invoices and quotes; it is not an e-invoicing system.
