Tried it for a client outreach project. Setup was fast — 2 minutes, no login, no captcha. CSV came out clean. The bad: "Captures emails and phone numbers" is mostly a lie. Out of 15K followers, I got ~40 emails. Most fields were empty because Instagram users don't publish that data. Best for: Quick competitor research, audience analysis, seeing follower overlaps. Skip if: You want real email/phone leads. You won't get them. Verdict: Decent tool for what it actually does (export public profile data). Poor fit if you're sold on the email promise. 6/10 — clean execution, misleading marketing.
