I've been a software engineer for more than a decade, mostly shipping things, breaking things, and fixing them again. Somewhere along the way I fell hard for design: apps, logos, little details that either feel right or drive you quietly insane. That meant I was forever tinkering with colors and themes. After one too many guesswork sessions, I built Huebert for myself: something fast, flexible, and actually pleasant to use. Turns out I wasn't the only one. Love the idea of keeping palettes and themes in a personal library. The shadcn theme generator alone makes this worth checking out.

Would be great to even allow for a few AI prompts for free! Otherwise seems like a great product.

Really elegant approach to color palette generation — the instant preview across UI themes is a huge time-saver. Would love to see export options for Tailwind CSS variables and Figma tokens. Does it support WCAG contrast checking for accessibility compliance?
