Helpview turns Notion into a real help center for customers or a shared knowledge base for your team. Keep writing in Notion, and Helpview publishes it as a fast, structured help center with beautiful themes, custom branding, and no code required.

Helpview includes smart search, an embeddable help widget, multi language publishing, custom domains, and SEO friendly pages. In the admin area, you can track searches, zero result queries, and contact us inquiries to spot content gaps and reduce repeat support questions. We are building fast, and you can join the waitlist to get early access and hear when Helpview goes live.

You can just tell more than enough work was put into this. I love to see founders build products with this much energy into making them functional yet super clean.

Helpview looks like a great solution for teams using Notion as their knowledge base. The ability to create branded help centers without extra tools is a huge productivity win. Excited to see how it handles multilingual documentation for global teams!

Built Helpview to help teams turn Notion into a real help center without extra CMS complexity, design work, or slow setup. Excited to finally share it.

Excited about Helpview! Multi-language publishing and custom domains are game changers for companies looking to scale their knowledge base efficiently.

"Love the concept of Turning Notion into a branded help center with polished themes — powerful use case. Have you considered any of these like agentisms.com agentoods.com Wisdoms.io , Intelligences.app , aiagentials.com agentialsai.com for your long term brand? Strong domain that fits perfectly with a your goals and needs . Happy to chat directly if interested."

Helpview fills a real gap for teams that already live in Notion but want a polished customer-facing experience. The no-code approach is a major win — being able to write docs naturally in Notion while automatically generating a branded help center is brilliant. The built-in analytics to track zero-result queries is especially thoughtful. This could save so many teams from rebuilding their docs in yet another tool!

This tool is very useful. I use Notion for my work, and this tool gives me another way to use Notion.

Smart approach, we use Mintlify for our docs at cellbot but the Notion-to-help-center pipeline is smart, for teams already writing in Notion. how do you handle versioning when docs get updated frequently?

HelpView is a smart and efficient way to turn Notion content into a clean, searchable, and fully branded help center with minimal effort.

The Notion-to-help-center use case makes a lot of sense — there's a large category of teams that already live in Notion for internal docs and then build something entirely separate for customer-facing help, duplicating the content maintenance work. The "branded" angle also addresses the main limitation of just sharing a Notion page publicly. Would be useful to know how it handles Notion databases vs. pages, and whether conditional content (show this only to paying customers) is on the roadmap.

Turning Notion into a help centre is smart. A lot of small teams already use Notion as their internal knowledge base — making that client-facing without rebuilding everything is a genuine time saver.

Super useful for someone who has all their guides/docs on notion, this looks like it is a great way to quickly convert that into a fully functional knowledge base.

Wish i knew this existed when i was setting up my help center. All my docs were already in notion. This would've saved me so many hours of moving things around
